It was what I hoped for. Delivery was quick and installation was straight forward for one person. It's a nice luxury accessory for the van. It makes a rattling noise when driving but I will add padding inside the casing to quite that soon. As others said, the front and rear bracket should be reversed when installed. It will make mountain biking road trips more enjoyable!
